What did I do today-self imposed challenge: Trying to write a first draft in 30 days. Day 28
The real thing. This is my day-to-day creative process.
If you are here reading this this means you are either interested in reading about somebody, that’s me, writing a non-fiction book in 30 days or you want to see whether I can actually do it. To be completely honest, this is to see how my creative process will work under pressure. To see if I could do it. What it’s not: it's not a productivity hack or trying to beat the system. If you are interested, I hope you’ll follow me and my writing.
Good day to you all.
It’s strange how the creative process works. I had all these wonderful days but I felt I needed to think and rest…
It passed my mind to pretend I did the work and nobody would know. But this is about the creative process and this is how things roll.
So I took a whole day off.
I took a huge amount of notes and did a lot of reading and thinking. I know there are many people who say that they never read anything when they are writing, but I need it. To jump start the wordflow again from time to time…. To get more ideas. For research of course.
So ZERO words today. And two days to go.
Will my draft be finished.
Have a good night everyone!
